- Once you have purchased your item through the website, we will send you an email to discuss your individual design. This will include your choice of leather and lining (if appropriate).
- Your item will then be handcrafted to your personalised specification
- We will aim to get your item crafted promptly, however it may take up to 3 weeks during busy periods such as Christmas. If you need your item urgently then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
